We created L'ekama, our blend of coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, chili, and other several other fragrant spices mixed with garlic oil, to enable every cook to bring these distinctive flavors to their kitchen.
All of our spices are freshly toasted and ground, to maximizes their flavor and heady aroma, while lending a subtle crunch to dishes. We soften the garlic in oil until it is tender and sweet, melt it into the jumble of spices, then pack everything into the garlic-infused oil. Stir L'ekama into marinades and dressings, or slather it onto chicken or roasted and grilled vegetables. Drizzle the perfumed oil over bread or cheese and swirl it into soups.

Drizzle over you favorite soup and stews
Mix 2 tbsp. L’ekama with ¼ cup of oil, rosemary twigs and marinate fish/meat before grilling
Add oil, lemon juice and chopped herbs to L’ekma and mix with roasted vegetables
Burgers - 2 tbsp. L’ekama per 1 pound ground meat/ turkey/chicken
Fry/bake chickpeas and toss with L’ekama for an instant snack
Shred roasted meat and mix with L’ekama for fillings
