This Spring we were asked by Gluten Free Forever (gff) magazine to contribute to their Chef’s Table feature. We are thrilled to be teaching you the Spring Feast menu you can find in their current issue.

On the menu:

  • Persian rice with herbs & fava beans

  • Braised Lamb-Stuffed Artichoke hearts

  • Charred beets salad

  • Roasted red pepper salad

  • Lentil & tahini Salad

  • Orange, olive and harissa salad
