Tanzeya, Yogurt And Home Made Granola Dessert Cups

A fancy presentation of our daily morning ritual.
Perfect for a family brunch on the weekend.

 

To assemble you will need:

*Greek Yogurt

*Home made granola, see recipe 

*Tanzeya

 

Layer the yogurt & granola in a cup of your choice and top with a teaspoon of the Tanzeya. 

 

 

Ingredients for granola:

3 cups whole oats

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup shredded coconut

¼ cup sesame seeds

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. salt

¼ cup water

¼ cup butter

½ cup maple syrup

3 tbsp. demerara sugar

 

Mix dry ingredients in a deep bowl.

In a small pot on medium heat bring water, honey, sugar, salt and cinnamon to a boil.

Pour over the oat mixture and mix.

Flatten on a baking sheet and bake at 325f for 30-45 minutes or until you get a nice golden color. (After 15 minutes remove tray from oven, mix well then return to oven until golden brown). Let cool completely before serving.
