Join us to learn the secrets behind making our famous fresh, hand-rolled couscous. We promise: you’ve never had couscous like this before.
Throughout North Africa and parts of the Middle East, couscous is regarded as the ultimate comfort food. Like rice to Persians or pasta to Italians, couscous is revered as almost sacred.
In this class we will give you an in-depth look at what exactly is The Art of Couscous, and what it means to ‘hand roll’ your couscous. How to make it from scratch?
And what is the best technique to make it? The class is completely hands–on.
besides learning how to make couscous, we will make few seasonal vegetarain dishes to accompany the hand rolled couscous.
You will receive a copy of the recipes sent to your email after the class so you can focus on being present at the class instead of note taking. Refreshments throughout the class will be available. At the end of the class we will sit together to enjoy lunch together.
