Meet our go-to salad. Hard to find a meal that doesn't go well accompanied by this ultra refreshing salad.
1 small onion, finely chopped 4 big tomatoes 2oz/60g capers( soaked in water to get rid of the saltiness) 5 celery stalks, peeled and finely diced Half bunch cilantro, finely chopped 5 tablespoons Signature Harissa 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon preserved lemon salt tt
Using a serrated peeler, peel the tomatoes. Cut in half and remove the seeds and liquid. Finely chop and place in a mixing bowl. Drain the capers, roughly chop and add to the mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Taste for salt. And serve.
