Tuna Salad With Harissa & Preserved Lemon

This is our go-to sandwich, a quick and easy tuna & Harissa sandwich.
We always keep few cans of tuna around, for when time is tough :)
with the help of the Harissa and chopped cured lemon- a tuna sandwich couldn’t be tastier!


3 cans of tuna in oil, drained

3 tbsp. Signature Harissa

1 tbsp. preserved lemon paste

2 hard-boiled eggs sliced into quarters

5 thinly sliced radishes

½ cup capers

6 slices of your favorite bread

Mix the tuna, Harissa and Preserved lemons.

Place 3 tablespoons of the tuna mixture on a slice of bread.

Add the egg quarters, radishes and sprinkle on the capers.

Garnish with arugula leaves.
