Did you know that Sir Kensington's Garlic Everything Sauce is made with our Preserved Lemon Paste? We are very proud to work with a company that single-handedly changed the game for condiments & dressings in the USA.
When Sir Kensington’s reached out in 2019 about using our Preserved Lemon in a new product, we were thrilled at the idea of partnering with a brand that had pushed the condiment category to a new level. For two years, these Everything Sauces have brought global flavors like ours to the forefront. We never took the time to celebrate it! So here we are! We believe it’s never too late to celebrate something good and a hell of a hallmark moment for us here at New York Shuk.

We work with Sespe Creek Organics, a family-run farm located in Ventura County, CA. Not only are they certified organic but they use compost and cover crops to promote plant and soil health. Learn more about where our lemons farm partner.

More of our Preserved Lemon Paste, that is. We really wanted to let its deep citrus umami-rich flavor shine and developed a summer recipe using both condiments. The end result? An absolutely, scrumptious, refreshing, and (bonus points) healthy salad that perfectly balances the dreamy, savory garlic sauce with its sunny companion.
